On the nose, the aromas of blueberry and blackcurrant, served magnifiently by a millimeter woody note, progress into a rich and velvety palate. The finish is very harmonious and devilishly greedy.

Aged in "foudres" - 18 to 24 monthes

Since the first vintage in 1995, Nectar is the typical expression of Merlot grapes in Bordeaux aged in "foudres"... A fullbody and racy wine.

The aromas of candied black fruits are underlined by a well balanced spicy oak. The voluptuous mouth has a soft and velvet texture and a warm and round structure. This wine offers a nice balance between fruity and woody flavours, between concentration and finesse, wealth and elegance that a wine needs.

On the nose, a complex blend of citrus fruits, exotic fruits and white acacia flowers. The fruity taste with light woody notes is very expressive at the palate as well. The wine is full and round, well stimulated by a fine freshness.

Dolia is the name given by the Romans for terracotta jars to keep the wine longer which today produce a singular and rare white wine full of subtlety and finesse.
The nose is pure and refined, mixing a scent of white flowers and citrus fruits with a little bit of spices and pepper. On the palate, the minerality and the fruity notes are well balanced and the finish is long and smooth.

Our rosé wine "Hommage" renamed "Les Choses en rose". A true "gastronomic wine" full of elegance and finess.

Beautiful salmon color that is discovered in the glass. On the nose, notes of red fruits and subtle spices. The fine and fleshy mouse is ideal with food. A very long finish and a nice surprising roundness on the palate make the difference.

 A 100% natural approach of the vinification without added sulphites, natural yiest and no wood ageing.

The wine is gourmet and accessible for immediat pleasure with intense fruit aromas of black cherries and fresh blackcurrant and slightly minty notes. The texture of the wine is silky and the tannins are well integrated, thus offering a lot of pleasure from its youth.

Pétillant naturel ... or "Pet Nat" is an accessible wine, with a carefree spirit, made to be drunk with friends. No fuss here! It is a light wine drinkable on all occasions: aperitif, brunch, pétanque...

The "pétillant naturel" is a natural sparkling wine made up of an ancestral method lost without any imput or sulfite. Its foam is light with fine bubbles and intense fruity aromas. On the palate, a very refreshing drink... Ideal for a start or a late evening.

This is the expression of the Malbec grapes through our terroir... A gourmet wine and fun!

Adorned with a beautiful deep ruby color, this wine offers us a fresh bouquet, as expressive as greedy one (blackcurrant, blueberry, blackberry, delicate wood). The palate is round and soft on the attack, full and velvety ending on slightly acid notes. A beautiful expression of a modern Malbec.

This is the "opposite" of the wines of the château... A different look and taste of the Cabernet Sauvignon from the Bordeaux right bank!

The dress features a deep garnet color with purple hues. All in finesse, the wine is distinguished by its aromas of ripe fruits and violets mixed with spices and pepper. It develops a superb palate, full and voluminous, carried by a silky tannic structure. It is a deep wine with a persistent and tasty finish.

Surprising and unique! The orange wine comes from a very old technique used in Antiquity: The fermentation of the white grapes with the skin - whole berries - like a red wine thus obtaining a white wine with tannins. An ideal gastronomic wine!

The color is straw yellow, slightly orange. The nose is intense, mixture of citrus fruit and passion fruit. The palate is rich and fleshy, the finish is very long with a delicious astringency. To discover absolutely!

Finess and minerality : A perfect balance!

The color, rose petal, is pale and crystalline. On the nose, small crunchy and tangy red fruits are also found in the mouse. The attack is soft then a nice vivacity arrives to keep the wine tense until the finish.
